[Peacectr_list] Dixie Chicks film to be shown Sunday, December l6th in Bangor

[Peace & Justice Center of Eastern Maine]

"Shut Up and Sing" will be shown Sunday, December l6th at 7:00 p.m. 
at the Peace & Justice Center of Eastern Maine, l70 Park Street, 
Bangor.  The showing is free and open to the public and will be 
followed by a discussion.

"Shut Up and Sing" by two-time Academy Award-winning documentary 
filmmaker Barbara Kopple and Cecilia Peck, chronicles the lives of 
the Dixie Chicks from 2003, starting with "the incident" criticizing 
George Bush, to the start of their 2006 tour.
