[Peacectr_list] Dixie Chicks film showing in Bangor this Sunday

The award winning documentary about the Dixie Chicks, "Shut up and 
Sing" has been postponed until Sunday, December 23rd at 7:00 p.m. a 
the Peace & Justice Center of Eastern Maine, 170 Park Street, Bangor. 
The showing was  originally scheduled to be shown Sunday, December 
l6th, but has been postponed  due to forecast of inclement weather. 
The showing is free and open to the public and will be followed by a 
discussion.

"Shut Up and Sing" by two-time Academy Award-winning documentary 
filmmaker Barbara Kopple and Cecilia Peck, chronicles the lives of 
the Dixie Chicks from 2003, starting with "the incident" criticizing 
George Bush, to the start of their 2006 tour.
