Subject: THE PORTLAND PUBLIC HEARING IS SATURDAY, Greenville hearing 
is postponed!




The FINAL Plum Creek public hearing in Greenville has been postponed 
due to weather concerns. The Portland public hearing scheduled for 
Saturday, December 15th at the Holiday Inn by the Bay is on!

The Greenville hearing is rescheduled for Saturday, January 19th at 
the Greenville High School, so if you were planning to attend, please 
mark your calendars! For those who may have had conflicts with the 
original date, plan to attend in January!

We need as many people as possible to voice their concerns about the 
proposal directly to the commissioners. This will be your last chance 
to influence the commissioners' decision on the future of Moosehead 
Lake, one of Maine's most precious treasures.

For both hearings, doors open at 9:00 a.m. and the hearing begins at 
10:00 a.m. and runs until 6:00 p.m. Get there early to sign up to 
speak!

Don't forget to write to the Land Use Regulation Commission (LURC) in 
opposition to Plum Creek's plan if you haven't done so already. You 
can address your letter to:
